The blog is about baking and cake decorating. I’ve put up some photos of cakes and cupcakes I’ve made. I started this Blog in 2010 and as I work fulltime have not updated it with any regularity. I’m interested in swapping recipes and helpful tips with others interested in cake decorating. I’m a novice at this but learning as I go along.
I’m back baking now (2015) and was inspired when I met Mary Berry earlier this year at a book signing in Easons, Dublin (Ireland).

I’ve always been glued to “the great British Bake Off” on BBC. Her recipes are the best and they really work! I like other bakers / chefs too. But I find her recipes very reliable.
